Regulatory and Compliance
Before you can broadcast you need a broadcast licence, and we manage licence applications all the time. Applications also mean that work needs to go into the compliance plans and training that broadcasters have in place at the time of the application.
Our partners have written the licence applications for channels in multiple genres and with very different compliance requirements. We can also produce detailed compliance guideline and procedures for new channel operators to put in place, or to help respond to issues or as a response to Ofcom or other regulator complaints.
We provide initial and ongoing compliance services to broadcasters, act as contact for regulaors and can help manage problems with COSTA, Ofcom or ASA rules, as well as MID returns and all related paperwork.

EPG Brokerage

Brexit Management
